Requirements to join: A $500 annual gift to CAE (this may be paid over the year – please select a recurring donation of $125 paid quarterly) and a CAE Membership in one of the following categories (which may be purchased here):

Artist Membership – $75

Community Memberships:
Individuals – $45
Family – $60
Seniors – $35
