Please ensure that you are registering your child for age and skill-level appropriate camps.

Please bring a water bottle, snacks and wear sunscreen every day!

All camps may go outside weather permitting. For outdoors camps, please make sure to bring a backpack with essentials for the Colorado weather!

Allergies! Does your child have allergies? Please list allergens and any medications that your child will be bringing to camp.

Please make sure you can attend all the dates listed. We do not offer make-up time/dates.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible while ensuring our camps remain sustainable for our nonprofit art center. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before registering:
Written Notice Required: All cancellations must be submitted in writing (email is acceptable).
Within 2 Weeks of Camp Start: No refunds or credits will be issued.
15–30 Days Before Camp Start: An Educational Credit (to be used toward a future class or camp) will be issued, minus a $25 administrative fee.
More than 30 Days Before Camp Start: A refund will be issued, minus a $25 administrative fee.
We appreciate your understanding that these policies help us plan effectively, secure teaching artists, and purchase supplies in advance.

Photo consent – By registering and attending summer art camps at Center for the Arts Evergreen, I hereby release to CAE the right to use my picture, photos of art, video and media in all forms for any and all purposes including advertising.

Liability release – I understand that during this camp, my child will but using art tools, equipment, and supplies that may be dangerous when used inappropriately. I hereby release Center for the Arts Evergreen, all staff, teachers, & assistants, as well as board members from all liabilities for injuries sustained while my child attends CAE summer camp.
