Fused Glass Class Release of Liability
Working with glass requires the use of cutting and grinding glass, using sharp hand tools, and rotating power tools, which by nature creates risk of physical injury. By registering for this class, you are acknowleging and accepting the risk of injury and illness, and are releasing Center for the Arts Evergreen, all associated staff, board, teachers, employees, and other CAE customers or students, from any or all liability, loss, dmage, costs, claims, and for causes of action, including but not limited to all bodily injuries and property damage arising out of participation in the glass classes. You are taking this class at your own risk!
Please wear appropriate clothing and closed toe shoes. Wear long hair pulled back and no dangling jewelry.
By registering, you accept the risks of participation and agree that photos and video of you, your child, and your artwork may be used for promotional purposes. Please let us know in advance if you prefer not to be photographed.
