Yoga Class Waiver & Release
By registering for this event, I understand that participation in yoga involves physical activity and carries a risk of injury. I voluntarily agree to participate in yoga classes at the Center for the Arts Evergreen, including classes held in gallery spaces.
I affirm that I am physically able to participate and will modify or stop activities as needed. I agree to assume full responsibility for my own well-being.
I hereby release and hold harmless the Center for the Arts Evergreen, its instructors, staff, volunteers, and affiliates from any liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from my participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
I have read and understand this waiver and agree to its terms.
